PCB Manufacture Service Process

    If the customer has PCB Manufacture Service demand, first of all we sign a contract with the customer under the agreement between the parties，and contract review, Green Partner Technology Group Ltd begin engineering material production upon receive the PCB manufacture project，then officially enter the production stage.

    When customer required double-sided PCB, our engineering staff directly cutting, then edge grinding, chamfering, drilling. If it is Multilayer PCB, engineering staff needed to complete a series of links, including an inner layer cutting / baking, transfer pattern, etching / stripping, drilling, automatic optical inspection, brown oxide, typeset / sol / lay-up, lamination, drilling, then entering the milling / chamfer / drilling process.

    After this，no matter single-sided PCB or double-sided PCB，all go through Desmear/PTH panel plating, image transfer, pattern plating, dry film stripping/etching/solder stripping, solder mask printing and so on process.
Then, the skill operator will print silkscreen and then to do hot air leveling for pads, then the boards go on to the routing step. But if the board surface is immersion gold, before the silkscreen boards need to do ENIG first, after these is routing process.

   PCB molding board is completed, must first for electrical performance test，through the electrical performance testing to enter the final inspection stage, if customers need to PCB is oxidation resistant board also conducted anti oxidation OSP detection,

   All the testing our quality management department will make related record and supervision work, and ultimately provide accurate data for client's reference.

   After final inspection, we will make batch PCB packing and warehousing, with customers after project handover, board service process end.
